District Profile

Coldwater Exempted Village School District consists of one K-12 Campus with three (3) schools: Elementary School (K-4), Middle School (5-8) and High School (9-12).  The district is located in Mercer County. CHS offers outstanding college preparatory and general courses of study. Our schools are recognized by the Ohio Department of Education and U.S. News and World Report. We are also affiliated with the Tri-Star Career Compact which offers 15 Vocational Programs and Tech Prep courses of study. The athletic teams compete in the Midwest Athletic Conference (MAC).

The district promotes and supports high achievement with: Technology, a Gifted Program, and English as a Second Language Program (ESL is for bilingual and English Language Learners).

Coldwater students take great pride in academic and extracurricular accomplishments. The strong support of the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization), Athletic Boosters, CAP (Coldwater Academic Promoters), Band Boosters, Coldwater Young Farmers, business community, and local government enhance the lives of our students.
